CASEMADE RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges exceeding 14 days after the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to confirm this. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are expecting a refund, please double check your bank account for processing incoming payments.
Please also confirm with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please email us at email@example.com and return your item to: Casemade Limited, Elm Nook House, Otley, LDS, LS21 1EG, United Kingdom. Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanges will vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an order valued in excess of £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
